Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), chatbot, PWA, and related services provided by IntellixHR ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use the system solely for lawful recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resource management activities. You must not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the system.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Ensure all data uploaded, such as resumes and vacancy details, are accurate and lawful.
  • Keep login credentials confidential and secure.
  • Ensure candidates are informed if their data is being processed through the platform.

3. Candidate Interactions

When using the WhatsApp chatbot, PWA camera upload, or resume submission features, candidates provide data voluntarily. You are responsible for ensuring all local data protection laws (e.g., GDPR) are adhered to when processing such data.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, user interface designs, and system architecture are the property of IntellixHR and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Availability and Uptime

While we aim to ensure maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the system. Maintenance or updates may result in temporary unavailability.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the system at any time for violations of these Terms, misuse, or illegal activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the system, including data loss or recruitment outcomes.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the system after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes shall be resolved in its courts.
